The East Pasco Incubator Kitchen is located at the UF/IFAS Extension Pasco County One Stop Shop. It is designed for food entrepreneurs who need access to a professional kitchen setting as they develop, prepare, package, and grow their food-based businesses.

Through SMARTstart, entrepreneurs using the East Pasco Incubator Kitchen can also stay connected to broader business support, including education, guidance, roundtables, coaching, workspace resources, and county-wide entrepreneur center access through membership.

The East Pasco Incubator Kitchen is located at 15029 14th Street, Dade City, FL 33523. The center gives entrepreneurs in East Pasco access to SMARTstart resources, workspace support, business programming, and a commercial kitchen.

The East Pasco Incubator Kitchen features a commercial kitchen where food entrepreneurs can produce food in a licensed environment.

Equipped with packaging and labeling stations, entrepreneuers can create nutrition fact labels for their products. This support can help food-based businesses think more carefully about product presentation, compliance questions, and market readiness.

SMARTstart hosts a monthly Entrepreneur Table specialized for food entrepreneurs to provide a place to connect with peers in the same industry, share real-world insight, and find support for the decisions ahead.
